1. Why can't I order individual magazine subscriptions in the store?

We currently do not offer magazine subscriptions in this store. However, you can easily order by going to Rogersmagazines.com. To see a complete list of our subscription packages, please click here.

2. I've shopped here before, how come I am no longer registered?

We have changed the structure of our online store in order to simplify things. We no longer have the ability to offer frequent shoppers an easy way to identify themselves when making repeat purchases. However, we have minimized the amount of contact information we require to ease the transaction. We appologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.

3. Is it safe to use my credit card at Canadianmagazines.ca?

Yes indeed. At Canadianmagazines.ca security is our priority. We use SSL,  Secure Socket Layer, which is supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, Netscape Navigator and other popular browsers for safe and secure electronic commerce. That's why personal information is encrypted even before you conduct your transaction. Our security measures helps protect you from imposters, eavesdroppers and vandals that might otherwise access your information as it travels from your computer to ours.

5. What are my Payment Options?

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Billing to your credit card will occur when product is shipped. Full payment is required at the time of shipment.

"Pay-as-you-go" Package Subscription Orders- The first credit card payment is required at the time of the order. Subsequent payments will be automatically deducted from the credit card at the specified intervals.

All Other Products- Full payment is required at the time of the order.

6. What are my Shipping Options?

Items in inventory are shipped on Monday and Thursday afternoons, depending on when the order is placed. Whether the item you choose is for you, or a gift being sent elsewhere, the table below provides a listing of shipping rates all over the world and the estimated delivery time to reach its destination.

Note: For all International orders, any additional charges associated with import duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient of the shipment.


*Shipping rates for additional items are calculated based on destination.
For example, if you order 3 items and 2 items are shipped to your Canadian address (same address), while the 3rd item is shipped to a U.S.A. address, the shipping rate will be calculated as follows:

7. Do you ship to the U.S. and Internationally?

Yes, we do ship our products to the U.S. and Internationally. U.S.A. and International shipments are GST/HST and PST exempt. Please note that additional shipping costs and customs charges apply to the destination address of the item(s).

8. Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Yes. Simply click on cancel@rmpublishing.com and send us your complete name, mailing address, email address and the item(s) you want to cancel. All cancellation requests MUST BE received by 9:00 am the following business day. Please note, once an order is entered in our shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.


9. How can I check on my order?

You can check on your order any time before you "check out" simply by clicking on "view your cart" link found on the top right-hand corner of every page. The contents of your cart will be displayed and you have the option of adding, deleting or changing the quantity.


10. What is Canadianmagazines.ca's returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase at Canadianmagazines.ca and we have a few simple rules.

  1. If we make an error in shipping your product, we will gladly send the correct item or refund the full value plus shipping costs.

  2. For any magazine subscription or package, we will refund the full value of all remaining service.

  3. For any other item if you are dissatisfied, we will offer a credit voucher for the value of the product.

All items must be returned with the original shipping document and in the condition in which you received it. Please indicate on the back of the shipping document, or in a letter, why you are returning the item along with your complete name and address. If your order arrives damaged or if the incorrect item is shipped, please return it right away so we can send you a replacement. Please send all returns (freight prepaid) to:

  • We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
  • Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges.
  • All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
