How to cancel
If you have not yet "Checked Out" from our store then you can simply remove the items you do not wish to purchase by clicking on "View Your Cart".
If you have already placed your order, you can cancel by:
a) Sending an e-mail to cancel@rmpublishing.com
b) Telephoning our Customer Service Department at (416) 596-3492 or
1-866-301-4414 (Canada & U.S.A. only).
All cancellation requests must be received by 9:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) the next business day.
Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please Note:
If you are not completely satisfied with your magazine package, you may cancel your order anytime and receive a full refund for all unmailed issues. Simply contact the Customer Service Numbers provided below to process your cancellation request.
