We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase at Canadianmagazines.ca and we have a few simple rules.
- If we make an error in shipping your product, we will gladly send the
correct item or refund the full value plus shipping costs.
- For any magazine subscription or package, we will refund the full value
of all remaining service.
- For any other item if you are dissatisfied, we will offer a credit voucher
for the value of the product.
All items must be returned with the original shipping document and in the
condition in which you received it. Please indicate on the back of the shipping
document, or in a letter, why you are returning the item along with your complete
name and address. If your order arrives damaged or if the incorrect item is
shipped, please return it right away so we can send you a replacement. Please

- We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment
to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish
to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
- Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not
refund return shipping charges.
- All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will
be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every
effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your
refund by e-mail.
